Danielle Wunker
MS, LCAS, LCMHC, CTPP, CCS
Are you looking for a more calm and satisfied life than the one you have now? If that’s the case, I can assist you!
My name is Danielle Wunker, and I specialize in helping individuals who are ready to transform their lives. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor & Supervisor with over a decade of experience, I have supported numerous clients on their journeys to healing, empowerment, and fulfillment.
Remember, you possess inherent value, worth, and dignity—embracing these truths can profoundly change your life. Let’s work together to envision a new you, break free from negative patterns, redefine your challenges, and reshape your beliefs about yourself and others. Healing is possible!
I assist clients with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, parenting challenges, relationship conflicts, Complex Trauma/PTSD, and Grief/Traumatic Grief. I also provide specialized counseling for Medical Professionals, Therapists, First Responders, and Law Enforcement personnel. My practice offers a very private environment, including a secluded waiting area upon request, and I provide clinical supervision for LCMHC and LCAS. Let’s embark on this transformative journey together!
If you’re interested in seeing yourself in a new way, breaking out of negative life scripts, re-framing your fears and obstacles, or re-deciding what you believe about yourself and others, I am ready to partner with and help you on your journey. I believe people can heal! Therefore, I prescribe HOPE!
I’ve been happily married to my incredible husband for over 20 years, and together are raising two wonderful children. Our beloved French Bulldogs, Wilbur & Winnie, are a cherished part of our family. You might even spot Winnie around my office from time to time. When I’m not working, I love to spend quality time with my family and close friends, delve into photography, and enjoy reading, writing, and music.
Counseling
I work with patients navigating through depression, anxiety, acute and complex trauma/PTSD, and traumatic grief/bereavement.
I specialize in counseling Medical Professionals, Mental Health Clinicians, First Responders, and Law Enforcement as well.
I offer a particularly effective treatment for PTSD called Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) that retrains and reprocesses how the brain deals with and stores traumatic memories and events. My clinical training is trauma-informed and integrative.
